About the Author

Ian MacDonald’s reluctant reader series for eprint publishing is full of amazing characters – strange aliens, marauding mummies... even a skateboarding granny.  Ian, previously deputy-head of a large primary school, is currently a recommended author on the Schools Libraries Association’s Boys into Books scheme.  He is passionate about children’s writing and will guarantee to inspire your most reluctant readers, especially boys!  As well as offering his popular author day experience, Ian is available for extended projects to raise writing standards in school.

ALSO Ian also offers two exciting creativity days for schools, combining writing workshops with creative making activities: themed days include Ancient Egypt and World War Two
