The Workshops

  • Each exciting and interactive workshop is tailored to suit the school’s requirements.
  • Teachers are invited to arrange what they want and for which age group(s) at the time of booking: some schools opt for shorter sessions with several year groups, others more intensive work with 1 or 2 groups or classes. Many schools ask for an assembly.
  • Several schools have done a 'book in a day project' which leaves the school and the pupils with a permanent record of their achievement - details on application.
  • All ages catered for.
  • Whole country covered.
  • Subjects range from SATs-orientated fiction and nonfiction, to literary creativity, Shakespeare and history.
  • Most schools like Stewart to do a book sale/signing during the visit.
