Jasper
Cooper is a new author emerging from a working life as a professional
tennis player and then coach followed by school teaching. He also
completed a degree in his 30s which developed his artistic talents.
In 2006 Jasper self published his first book, Candara's Gift.
It has acheived remarkable success becoming a No.
1 Amazon Bestseller and being stocked by Waterstones throughout
the UK.

Gift is the first book in The Kingdom Of Gems trilogy.
Candara's Gift has attracted major film interest and Jasper is
now represented by Creative Artist's Agency, the biggest and most
powerful Hollywood talent agency in the world.

The
presentation lasts about 1 hour and is rich with interesting things
from video clips on the interactive whiteboard to a demonstration
of the take off and landing of an albatross! Jasper describes
the very unusual story of how he came to be an author 'by accident'.
Cooper reads from his book and discusses his creative methods
of working. He can show artwork and link it in with the whole
creative process. Jasper's aim is to interest the children and
inspire them to read and write.
Cooper
has visited many schools, several secondary and many primary.
Jasper's teaching experience makes him very comfortable in schools.
